Joyce joined Mycoff Fry Partners in March of 2015. Joyce is a Senior Recruiter assisting in a variety of senior-level recruitments for utilities across the country.

Prior to joining Mycoff Fry Partners, Joyce spent over two years assisting the President of an executive search firm. Prior to beginning her recruiting career, Joyce performed for over 20 years in a Lead Paralegal and Office Manager Role with a law firm in Connecticut.
