Joyce joined Mycoff Fry Partners in March 2015 and currently serves as a Senior Executive Recruiter. She supports a wide range of senior-level recruitment efforts for utilities nationwide.

Before joining Mycoff Fry Partners, Joyce spent over two years assisting the President of an executive search firm. Earlier in her career, she worked for more than 20 years as a Lead Paralegal and Office Manager at a law firm in Connecticut.
