Allen joined Mycoff Fry Partners in June of 2025 as an Executive Recruiter. He supports a wide range of senior-level recruitment efforts for utilities nationwide.

Before joining Mycoff Fry Partners, Allen worked in Computer Aided Design providing drafting and data process support for a surveying company in Colorado. Allen served in the United States Army as a Technical Engineer for five years and continues to serve in the US Army Reserve as a Technical Engineer Supervisor playing a key role leading teams in the completion of construction projects.
