Lanie joined the firm in 1996 and became one of the company’s Managing Directors and Partners in 2007. During her tenure, Lanie has managed and completed searches for numerous President and Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Utility Directors and General Managers, as well as other senior executives, mid-management positions, and key utility personnel. Her clients include public power utilities and joint action agencies, rural electric cooperatives, generation & transmission cooperatives, investor-owned utilities, independent system operators, reliability organizations, transmission companies, software providers, middle-mile fiber consortiums, industry associations, consultants, and engineering firms.

Lanie’s prior experience includes serving as Marketing Manager for a restaurant franchise and a computer hardware company.
